
The morning was crazy and - sadly - the last thing on our minds was taking videos and pictures. The good new is ... I'll have opportunity to take many more pictures! Yup, Dr. Oz wants me back! Stay tuned as I'll be a guest again on Dr. Oz! Whoo Hoo!
And, yes, he is just as cuuuute in person.

Well I'm not sure why I'm doing this.It's been a long time and I'am afraid to have hope.I've dissapointed myself forever,so my toe is in the water.

Hi Mikelee. I've always said that maintenance is doing the hard work of dieting ... without all the fun of losing weight and without all the 'whoo hoos'. You just have to keep doing it every day. Counting calories or counting points or writing it down. Whatever it is you did to lose the weight - that's what you need to do to maintain it.
You can do it!
