Enjoy a fun and exciting Zumba workout right here at the Center. For a minimal fee, you can dance your way to a healthy body.

Our current classes schedule is as follows:
Monday: 6:45-7:45pm Wednesday: 5:15-6:15pm Saturday: 10:00-11:00am

MORE ZUMBA CLASSES WILL BE ADDED PER MEMBER REQUESTS.

There's just something about weekends ...

I don't know what it is. There's something about Friday afternoons, after a long week of work, that makes us just want to kick back, pull on a pair of jeans — and blow our diets. We do it over and over again. From Friday night to Sunday afternoon we pick — or binge — and put ON all those calories we've worked so hard all week to get OFF.

It's a mindset that has become so familiar to us, so much a part of who we are, that we feel destined to follow that same path forever.

Cheesy Garlic Triangles

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp shortening
  • ¾ cup fat-free cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tbsp nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup Fat-Free Parmesan Cheese*

Lightly coat baking sheets with fat-free cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until it is the size of coarse crumbs. Stir in fat-free shredded cheese. Add the ¾ cup nonfat milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Form into a ball.
