- 3½ tbsp cake flour
- 4 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp powdered cocoa
- 1 tbsp Egg Beaters®
- 3 tbsp Splenda®
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Cook it for 2 minutes on high. Carefully remove and enjoy!
