Artichoke Dip

  • 15 oz can artichokes in water, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup Smart Beat® Mayonnaise*
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 oz Jarlsburg light cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 8 oz shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients and bake in a small casserole or stoneware crock at 375º for 25-30 minutes, until cheese melts and bubbles.
