- ¾ cup Egg Beaters®
- ¾ cup Low-Calorie Granulated Sugar*
- 3 tbsp cold water
- ¾ cup sifted cake flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 3 egg whites
- fat-free butter flavored cooking spray
- 16 tbsp (1 cup) fat-free whipped topping
Beat Egg Beaters® and *Low-Calorie Granulated Sugar together until very light. Add water. Sift together flour and baking powder; add to batter. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Spray a Cream Canoe Pan with fat-free butter flavored cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Inject 2 tbsp of whipped topping into each cake. Enjoy!
