Homemade Bagel Chips

  • 6 Kim's Light Bagels* (any flavor except blueberry or cinnamon)
  • fat-free butter flavored cooking spray
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Cut one whole *Kim's Light Bagels® in half, so you have two 'C’ shaped pieces. Each 'C' is already presliced. Slice it again so you have 8 thin 'C's. (See photo.) Lay bagel pieces flat down on a baking sheet, spray lightly with butter flavored cooking spray. Repeat with remaining bagels. Sprinkle chips with garlic salt and garlic powder. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
