Bangin' Buffalo Chicken

  • ½ cup Frank's® Red Hot®
  • ½ cup Frank's® Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 3 lbs chicken tenderloins or wings, skinned

In a large pot boil the chicken for 15 minutes. If using wings, do not let the chicken fall off the bone. Remove from water, cool until easy to handle. Carefully pull the skins off each piece. In a baking dish add the two sauces and the chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Uncover and stir well. Bake another 10 minutes, uncovered. Serve with fat-free blue cheese dressing and some celery sticks (not included in nutritional information).
