- 1¾ cups Kim's Light Toasted Bagel Crumbs* (Cinnamon is best!)
- 2 tbsp Brummel & Brown® Buttery Spread, melted
- ½ cup Low Calorie Brown Sugar*
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips, optional (not factored)
Mix *Kim's Light Toasted Bread Crumbs, melted butter and *Low-Calorie Brown Sugar until well-combined. Mixture will be a crumb consistency, not a dough. Using a Muffin Top Pan, distribute ¼ cup of crumb mixture into the sections and press down using palm of hand. Bake at 350º for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked throughout.
Please note: Kim used the Muffin Top Pan for this recipe to make large cookies. If you do not have a Muffin Top Pan, you can use a regular muffin pan and distribute only 2 tbsp of the mixture into the 12 sections of the pan.
Variation: Add 2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips into your cookies before baking, optional (not factored in nutritional info). 1C, 1X
