Bok Choy Salad

  • Dressing

  • ½ cup Low-Calorie Granulated Sugar*
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • Salad

  • 8 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup scallions, diced (include stem)
  • 1 cup Kim's Light Flat Bread Toppers*

Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside. Combine bok choy and scallions. Toss with dressing. Top salad with *Kim's Light Flat Bread Toppers.
