  • 6 Kim's Light Bagels®* (try it with plain, cinnamon, blueberry, or wheat)
  • 1 cup Egg Beaters®
  • ½ cup Low-Calorie Powdered Sugar* premixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle

  • ¼ cup Low-Calorie Powdered Sugar*
  • 2 tsp water

Chop the *Kim's Light Bagels® into small pieces and mix with the Egg Beaters, ½ cup
*Low-Calorie Powdered Sugar and water mixture, and the cinnamon. Blend well and evenly fill into the 6 sections of the Linking Popover Pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. For the drizzle, mix the ¼ cup of Low-Calorie Powdered Sugar and water. Drizzle over the cobblestones right before serving.
