Chicken Club Dip

  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • ¾ cup Smart Beat® Mayonnaise*
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (Rotisserie style works well)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Colby-Jack cheese
  • ¾ cup bacon pieces
  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • Pita or bagel chips for dipping (not factored)

In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, *Smart Beat® Mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Add the chicken, ¾ cup cheese, ½ cup bacon pieces, and ¾ cup tomato. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. If time allows, refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours for best blend of flavors.

Serve dip in a dish. Garnish with the remaining ¼ cup cheese, ¼ cup bacon and ¼ cup tomatoes. Serve with Kim's Light Savory Sea Salt Bagel Chips® or Kim's Light Gourmet Garlic Bagel Chips®.
