Dissolve red gelatin thoroughly in 2 cups of boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water and sliced strawberries. Pour into a 9x13 dish. Refrigerate for an hour until firm. Dissolve blue gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Add 2 cups of cold water and blue berries. Carefully pour over the firm red gelatin mix. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 16 large squares and serve with 4 tbsp of fat-free whipped topping (figured in nutritional information).
