Key Lime Pie

  • Kim's Premade Pie Crust*
  • ⅓ cup water, boiling
  • 1 box .44 oz sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 2, 6 oz fat-free key lime yogurt
  • 8 oz fat-free whipped topping

Prepare *Premade Pie Crust and set aside to cool. Heat water until boiling and add to lime gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved (at least 5 minutes) and then add yogurt and fat-free whipped topping. Fold in until well-blended. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set.

You can change up the flavors ... strawberry yogurt and gelatin, Sugar-Free Blueberry Gelatin, or lemon. Make your family's favorite flavor.
