KIDS Fruit Pops

  • 1 cup each: whole strawberries, cantaloupe chunks, banana chunks (should have 12 pieces of each)
  • 12 Popsicle sticks
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ tsp cornstarch

In a sauce pan add the cold pineapple juice and cornstarch. Whisk until well-blended. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened.

Cool in the refrigerator.

Prepare fruit as described above. Add one piece of each to the Popsicle sticks. Using a pastry brush, paint the glaze on the fruit, or you can dip the fruit, which ever is easier for you.
