Kim's Light Flat Bread Toppers

  • ½ Kim's Light Flat Bread*
  • Fat-free cooking spray
  • Seasoning of your choice*

Cut *Kim's Light Flat Bread into ¼" x 3" strips using a pizza cutter or a knife. Spray a cookie sheet with fat-free cooking spray. Lay flat bread in single layer on cookie sheet. Lightly spray flat bread with fat-free cooking spray. Sprinkle desired seasoning*, ie. Southwestern, Italian, Cinnamon Sugar etc. on flat bread (seasoning not factored). Bake at 350ºF for 5-6 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Chips will harden as they cool. Serve as a crunchy topping to your favorite light dishes, including soups and salads.
