Light Lasagna

  • 1½ cups fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp Fat-Free Parmesan Cheese*
  • ¼ cup Egg Beaters®
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 3¾ cups Meat Sauce* (see link below)
  • or substitute 3¾ cups regular sauce (no meat)
  • 3 Kim's Light Flat Bread*
  • 2 cups fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese

In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta, parsley, *Fat-Free Parmesan Cheese, Egg Beaters®, oregano, garlic salt, garlic powder and ground pepper.

In a 9x13 pan layer the following ingredients:

    1. ¾ cup *Meat Sauce on the bottom of the pan
    2. 1 *Kim's Light Flat Bread
    3. ½ the ricotta cheese mixture
    4. ⅓ cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
    5. 1 cup Meat Sauce
    6. 1 Kim's Light Flat Bread
    7. Remaining ricotta cheese mixture
    8. ⅓ cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
    9. 1 cup Meat Sauce
    10. 1 Kim's Light Flat Bread
    11. Remaining sauce
    12. Remaining fat-free mozzarella cheese

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
