Margherita Pizza Flat Bread

  • 1 Kim's Light Flat Bread*
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ cup light tomato sauce
  • 2 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh shredded basil
  • 2 tbsp fat-free Parmesan cheese*

Put flat bread on cookie sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray and sprinkled with garlic salt. Bake for 3-4 min at 350º until toasty. Brush top with tomato sauce, put ricotta in clusters like balls on the pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake again for 5 min until cheese melts and lightly browned. Top with fresh basil and serve.
