Margherita Pizza Flat Bread

  • 1 Kim's Light Flat Bread*
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ cup light tomato sauce
  • 2 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Fat-Free Parmesan Cheese*

Put *Kim's Light Flat Bread on a baking sheet sprayed lightly with fat-free cooking spray and then sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for 3-4 min at 350º, or until just crispy. Brush top with tomato sauce, drop ricotta in small balls onto the pizza. Sprinkle with *Fat-Free Parmesan Cheese . Bake again for 5 min until cheese melts and edges are lightly browned. Top with fresh basil and serve.
