Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with fat-free cooking spray. Carefully unroll the crescent rolls. Using one half at a time, lay one half flat and roll out using a rolling pin. Fold in half and roll again, so it is big enough to line the bottom of the pan. Slice the hot dogs diagonally, so you can get 8 pieces each, and 1 cut on the last hot dog. Lay the slices on the rolled dough, 6 across and 4 down, all neatly arranged. Cut each slice of cheese into 6 equal pieces, and 1 small piece from the last slice, and lay one piece of cheese on each hot dog slice. Repeat the dough rolling for the second half. Carefully lay the dough on the top of the hot dog and cheese slices. Using a rounded wooden spoon, press down in between each section. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Cut the sectioned pieces and serve immediately.
