Premade Pie Crust

  • 2 tbsp Brummel & Brown® Buttery Spread, melted
  • 1 cup Kim's Light Bagel Crumbs, Toasted* (using 2 Kim's Light Bagels®*, plain, cinnamon or blueberry)
  • ½ cup Low-Calorie Brown Sugar*
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, not factored)

Mix melted butter, *Kim’s Light Toasted Bagel Crumbs and *Low-Calorie Brown Sugar until well-blended. Use hands to break apart the chunks. Spray a 9" pie plate with fat-free cooking spray. Evenly spread the crumbs on the bottom and sides of pie plate. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to press crumbs into the pie plate.

Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

Compare to Keebler® Reduced-Fat Pie crust for 100 calories and 3.5g of fat.
