Quesadillas on BBQ

  • 2 tbsp bell peppers, finely diced
  • 6 medium shrimp
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cheddar shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • ½ of 1 Kim's Light Flat Bread*
  • 2 tbsp fat-free sour cream

Lay the *Kim's Light Flat Bread out and on one half fill it with all or some of the ingredients, except sour cream. Fold the Flat Bread in half. Heat the grill to a medium flame. Spray the Flat Bread with fat-free cooking spray and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until the quesadilla is heated throughout and the cheese has melted.
