Roasted Kohlrabi

  • 4 cups Kohlrabi bulbs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic

Wash the kohlrabi and cut off leaves. Cube the bulbs and lay in baking dish. Slice the garlic cloves in half and add to baking dish. Drizzle the oil over top and toss. Sprinkle a little salt to taste. Bake at 450º for 30 minutes, stirring half way through. Cook until edges are golden. Remove and serve.
