Kim's Light Salad Shell

  • 1 Kim's Light Flat Bread*
  • fat-free cooking spray
  • your favorite seasoning

Press *Kim's Light Flat Bread into the Tostada Pan. Lightly spray with fat-free cooking spray and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (Kim loves garlic salt) and bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 350ºF. Let cool, remove from pan and fill with your favorite light salad.

Variation: You can substitute 4 phyllo sheets to use for the salad shell. Spray the Tostada Pan with fat-free cooking spray. Alternate cooking spray with each sheet of phyllo until all sheets are layered into the pan. Cover edges of the phyllo with foil so they don't burn. Bake at 350° until golden.
