Spinach Balls

  • with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • SPINACH BALLS
  • 1, 16 oz pkg of frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed of excess water
  • 1 Kim's Light® Onion Bagel, made into crumbs
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup Egg Beaters®
  • 2 tbsp fat-free grated cheese topping
  • ½ tsp salt
  • HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
  • ¼ cup honey mustard
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek-style yogurt

Spinach Balls
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix spinach, bagel crumbs, onion, garlic powder, Egg Beaters® and cheese topping in a large bowl. Use 2 tbsp of mixture and shape into small balls. Place balls onto a baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes.

Honey Mustard Sauce
Mix yogurt and honey mustard until blended.
