Veggie Cheese Sauce

  • ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup nonfat milk
  • ½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir on medium heat until heated through. Pour over asparagus, green beans, broccoli or cauliflower.
