In a large zip-top bag, add the chick peas, salt and wasabi. Shake until all chick peas are coated completely. Lay flat on a baking sheet sprayed with fat-free cooking spray. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes, shaking the tray often. Allow to cool completely and serve. Perfect to take it on the road as a snack.
*If you like more of a kick, add more wasabi.
