I tried Weight Watchers® and a ton of other diets a "bajillion" times before it all finally clicked. When people ask me "What did you do different this time?" one of the first things that comes to mind is all the planning I did. I took a piece of paper and wrote out my day – BREAKFAST – LUNCH – DINNER –SNACKS. I'd write down EVERYTHING, including all the points values, as if I had already eaten it. Then all I had to do was to check it off as I went. Once my day was planned, the follow through was so much easier!
