Here's how it works: lose a pound, put a 1 LB charm on a Sterling Silver Journey Bracelet or necklace (not included in set). Lose another pound, add another 1 LB charm. Lose three more, swap them for a 5 LB charm. Watch your charm amounts add up with every pound you lose. There's even a 10% charm for when you hit that important milestone. The perfect wearable tool personally designed by Kim to motivate, encourage, celebrate and track your journey all the way to your weight loss GOAL (yeah, there's a charm for that, too)!
