Q: What the difference between the two memberships?
A: Our Premium Membership, which is $19.95/month, is for online only members. This membership includes: a personalized Options code, interactive online LIVE meetings each day led by Kim, one-on-one personal support, and full access to website content including archived meetings, Kim's recipes, online meal-planning tools, and much much more.
For local members (driving distance of Shelton, CT), we offer a Premium Plus Membership for $39.95/month. This membership includes all of the benefits of a Premium Membership, PLUS in person one-on-one's with Kim, the ability to come to our daily meetings on site instead of online (this means you get to sample the recipes!), and access to other on site events throughout the year.
Q: Is there a sign up fee?
A: In addition to the cost of monthly membership, there is a one-time sign up fee of $10.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Members manage their own accounts. Simply login; go to "My Account" and click CANCEL. The billing cycle will not renew, but you will have full access till the end of your billing cycle.

Q: I'm outside of the US. Can I still join?
Absolutely! We just have to do things a little differently because our website is not currently set up to accept addresses outside of the States. So, instead of linking your credit card for automatic monthly renewals, we will ask that you prepay 3 months at a time for your membership. To get your account set up, please call our toll free number, 877-288-5617.
Q: What happens if I lose my membership card?
A: If you lose your membership card, we can print you a new one at the Center for a $5 fee.
Q: Do you have any gluten free products in your store?
A: Yes we do! We have some great gluten-free products in our store, including a pancake and waffle mix and many GF snacks from Kay's Naturals.
Q: Does Kim consult with non members?
A: Unfortunately, Kim's time is limited. In order to best serve our members, Kim reserves her time to consult with members only. However, we have other very qualified, capable staff members who can consult with you prior to signing up for a membership. You can come by or call ahead to set up an appointment with a staff member who will best be able to answer any questions you may have.
