Comfort food at it's best ... and take comfort in the fact that this recipe doesn't break the calorie bank! A dish everyone in the family will enjoy.

1 box Light Mac-mmmm-Cheese, Fiber Gourmet
1¼ cup non fat milk
2 tbsp all purpose flour
12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast,cooked and shredded
¾ oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup diced celery
Dietary Restrictions : None

Cook the *Light Mac-mmm-Cheese elbow macaroni according to package directions (without adding the cheese sauce packet). While the pasta is cooking, whisk the milk and flour together in a medium saucepan. Bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in the chicken, celery, cheese and the cheese sauce packet. Add the hot sauce and the seasonings and stir. Cook until the cheese has melted. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the saucepan and stir until all the pasta is coated with the sauce.

This dish is delish!
