ingredients
1 Kim's Light Flatbread
¼ cup fat-free refried beans
⅓ cup Turkey Taco Meat
⅓ cup fat-free cheddar cheese
4 olives, sliced thin
1 cup shredded iceburg lettuce
¼ cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp diced green chilies
2 tbsp fat-free sour cream (served on the side)
2 tbsp salsa (served on the side)

Directions

Bake the Kim's Light Flat Bread at 350°F until slightly crispy. Remove from oven, top with the refried beans, taco meat, cheese and olives. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, top with remaining ingredients, cut into wedges or small squares and serve.
