Cran-Orange Relish Recipe

2 cups whole fresh cranberries
1 orange, washed
½ cup Low-Calorie Granulated Sugar
Dietary Restrictions : Dairy Free, Vegan, Kosher, Low Sodium, Vegetarian, Gluten Free

Wash cranberries and the orange. Cut orange into quarters and remove any seeds, but leave the skin on. Put cranberries, orange pieces and Whey Low Granular Sugar in a food processor and blend thoroughly, but do not puree. Relish can be served immediately, but tastes best after sitting at least 6 hours. May be frozen and used at later date.
