Shredded Turkey Burrito Recipe, Kim's

A great idea to use up some of that leftover turkey after Thanksgiving!


ingredients
¼ cup fresh salsa
⅓ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
3 oz turkey breast, shredded (or can use deli turkey)
¼ cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1 Kim's Light Flatbread

Directions

In a small bowl, add in all the ingredients except the turkey, cheese and flat bread. Lay the turkey down the center of  *Kim's Light Flat Bread. Sprinkle ¼ cup of the cheese on top. Fold up the outer two sides of the flat bread into a panini shape. Lightly spray a preheated skillet with fat-free cooking spray (or you can use a panini press). Place the burrito into the skillet and press the burrito down for 1 minute. Turn and press the other side down for an additional minute. Cut in half and serve.
