Kim's Breaded Chicken Cutlets, Recipe

Moist, delicious, crispy and light. This is the most versatile recipe I've ever created. These cutlets are great on their own, but are the base for dozens of potential lunches and dinners. From Chicken Parmesan to a crispy chicken sandwich, keep these in your freezer for an easy-peasy OP meal.

4, 4 oz chicken breasts, trimmed
ΒΌ cup Kim's Light Italian (or Plain) Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp egg substitute
Dietary Restrictions : Dairy Free, Kosher

Wash and trim chicken breasts. While still wet, rub with egg substitute. Roll in Kim's Light Bread Crumbs* till lightly coated. Lay on a cookie sheet or baking pan lightly sprayed with nonstick spray and bake for 35 minutes at 350° or until done.
