1 can 98% fat-free broccoli cheese condensed soup
¼ cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
4, 10 oz boxes chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
20 reduced-fat RITZ® crackers
15 pumps fat-free spray butter
Dietary Restrictions : Vegetarian, Kosher

Mix soup and Smart Beat Mayo together in a bowl. Add thawed broccoli and toss lightly to coat. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top of casserole. Spray with spray butter to moisten crackers slightly. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
