Cranberry Orange Scones, Kim's

1⅓ cup Kim's Light Biscuit Mix
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp sugar free orange marmalade
¼ cup craisins,
¼ cup fat free sour cream
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp orange extract
2 egg whites

¼ cup Whey Low Powdered Sugar
2 tsp water
orange zest
Dietary Restrictions : None

Mix *Kim's Light Biscuit Mix, baking powder, marmalade, Craisins®, sour cream, spices, orange extract and 2 egg whites until moist. Continue stirring until blended, but should still have lumps.

Use 2 tbsp of mixture and drop onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, to form one scone. Leaving ½" of space between each one. The form is up to you, they can be made into squares, triangles, or uneven circles.

Bake at 400º for 12 minutes, or until cooked throughout and golden on top. Cool for about 20 minutes. Mix *Low-Calorie Powdered Sugar and water until well-blended and drizzle over the scones before serving.
