3 cups cole slaw mix or broccoli slaw mix
1 chicken sausage (about 100 calories each)
2 tbsp Trader Joe's Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette

Dietary Restrictions : Kosher, Gluten Free

Grill, microwave, or use a skillet to cook sausage. Slice very thin. In a large bowl add slaw mix and sausage slices. Toss with dressing until well mixed.

For crispier sausage, slice before cooking in a skillet.
