A classic chicken dish -- lightly coated chicken breasts braised with Marsala wine and mushrooms. Easy and ideal for both a quick weeknight entree or serving to company.

4 Kim's Breaded Chicken Cutlets
2 tbsp light butter or margarine
4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 tbsp Marsala wine
½ tsp all purpose flour
Dietary Restrictions : Kosher, Low Sodium

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and wine. Once mixture is heated through, add flour and stir.

Place Kim's Light Chicken Cutlets in the pan, and turn over chicken pieces once to coat.

Lower heat. Cover skillet; simmer chicken 2 minutes till warmed through.
