ingredients
1 medium onion
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
3½ tbsp Hormel® fully cooked bacon crumbles
2 cans red kidney beans (drain 1 can)
1 can navy beans, drained
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
¼ cup Whey Low Maple Sugar (or Brown)
1 tsp onion powder
½ cup ketchup

Directions

Chop the onion and pineapple.  Sauté the onions, pineapple, and bacon, until the onions start to become translucent. Drain one can of the red kidney beans, and keep one in the liquid.  Drain the can of navy beans.  Pour all ingredients into an oven-safe crock and cover. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
