Giant Chick Pea Salad Wrap, Kim's

Like tuna salad? This actually tastes better! It’s fresh, filling, and has a great pop of dill. 

¼ can chick peas, rinsed, drained, and smashed with some chunks
3 tbsp red onion, chopped
½ cup diced celery
2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 Kim's Light Flat Bread
4 slices tomato
¾ cup fresh bean sprouts
Cold Sandwiches & Wraps
Dietary Restrictions : Kosher, Vegetarian

In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients well. 

On one end of a Kim's Light Flatbread, place tomato slices. Spread chick pea salad on top. Top with bean sprouts. Start rolling from the end where the chick pea mixture is and roll up your wrap!

Cut into four large sections. Enjoy!
