Apple Coffee Cake, Kim's

Make breakfast, brunch, and snack time special with a warm, homemade coffee cake!

8 of Kim's Light cinnamon bagels
1 cup Whey Low Granular Sugar
2 small apples, peeled and diced
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup egg substitute or egg whites
½ cup sugar free maple syrup or Kim's Light Homemade Maple Syrup

Dietary Restrictions : Dairy Free, Kosher, Vegetarian

Cube the Kim's Light Cinnamon Bagels and combine with 1 cup Whey Low Granular Sugar, diced apples, cinnamon, eggs and syrup*. Blend well.

Spray fluted pan with fat-free cooking spray and sprinkle inside of pan with 1 tbsp low calorie sugar. Pour cake mixture into the pan. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
