1 box Fiber Gourmet Mac & Cheese
½ lb (8 oz) 93% lean ground turkey
1 cup chopped bell pepper
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Dietary Restrictions : None

Prepare Light Mac-mmm-Cheese according to package directions. Brown the turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain any liquid if necessary. Add peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook until they start to get tender. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 3 minutes, or until heated throughout.

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer half each of the prepared mac and cheese and the turkey mixture. Repeat the layers and then top with the cheddar cheese. bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
