Watch out Artichoke & Bacon Pizza, this is closing in as Kim's new favorite!

1 Kim's Light Flatbread
¼ cup light alfredo sauce
6 thin slices of fresh tomatoes
6 thin slices of bell pepper
5 olives, sliced
6 thin slices onions
⅓ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
½ oz goat cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp fat free parmesan
Dietary Restrictions : Kosher, Vegetarian

Bake one Kim's Light Flatbread at 350° for 5 minutes, until slightly crisp. Layer ingredients onto the flatbread and bake until cheese is melted.
