Ham & Asparagus Roll Ups, Kim's

A Reunion 2017 recipe! (Kim's favorite)

1 Kim's Light Flatbread, cut up into 6 squares
3 tbsp Dijonnaise
12 thin asparagus spears, cooked al dente
12 thin slices lean ham
3 pieces reduced fat string cheese, sliced in half long-wise
Spinach leaves, basil leaves, fresh dill (your favorites)

Preheat oven to 350°.

Lay Kim's Light Flatbread on cutting board and slice into 6 squares. Spread with Dijonnaise.

Layer 2 thin slices ham on surface, 2 thin asparagus spears and 1/2 half a cheese stick (sliced long-wise) on top of a piece of flatbread Add three fresh spinach leaves, basil leaves and/or sprigs of dill. Roll up and secure with toothpick if necessary. 

Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake about 5-7 minutes, until flatbread is lightly golden brown.

*For gluten free option, omit the flatbread and roll into ham slices. Broil for 5 minutes until ham is crispy.
