You can easily substitute 1/4 cup of Light Alfredo (Classico or Buitoni) for the tomato sauce and make this a white pizza. 

1 each Kim's Light Flatbread
¼ cup tomato sauce
3 oz chicken breast, cooked and sliced
¼ cup Calabro fat free ricotta cheese
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ cup fat free mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp fat free parmesan cheese topping

In oven light toast the piece of Kim's Light Flatbread.  On the piece of toasted Flatbread spread on the tomato sauce. Cut up chicken and place on pizza.  Place small amounts of fat free ricotta cheese around.  Sprinkle on garlic, fat free mozzarella cheese, and Fat Free Parmesan Cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted.
